2. Scope of Services
The Company provides:
- Civil engineering and construction services, including residential and commercial construction, renovation and site development works; and
- Wholesale supply of construction materials such as sand, gravel and aggregates.
The exact scope, specifications, timelines and price of any work or supply will be defined in a written quotation, work order or agreement issued by the Company and accepted by the Client. In case of conflict, the signed agreement or accepted quotation shall prevail over the general content of this website.
3. Quotations and Pricing
- All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation (or 30 days if not stated).
- Prices are subject to change due to variations in material costs, government taxes, fuel prices or changes in the scope of work requested by the Client.
- Any additional work not included in the original quotation will be charged separately with prior intimation to the Client.
- Applicable taxes, if any, will be charged as per prevailing Government of India regulations.
4. Payments
- Payment schedules (advance, stage-wise payments and final settlement) will be specified in the quotation or agreement.
- Work or supply may be paused if payments due are not received as per the agreed schedule.
- Payments should be made to the Company's official bank account or by other modes confirmed in writing by the Company.
- Delayed payments may attract interest or rescheduling of the project timeline.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Providing accurate site information, approved plans, and necessary statutory permissions/approvals for the work, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
- Providing reasonable access to the site, water and electricity where required for execution of work.
- Timely decisions and approvals on materials, designs and changes to avoid delays.
6. Timelines and Delays
The Company will make reasonable efforts to complete works and deliveries within the agreed timelines. However, the Company shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, transport disruptions, material shortages, government restrictions, or delays in Client approvals and payments (force majeure).
7. Materials and Quality
- Materials supplied will conform to the description and quality agreed in the quotation or order.
- Natural materials such as sand and gravel may have inherent variations in colour, texture and grading; such natural variation shall not be treated as a defect.
- Any complaint regarding quantity or quality of supplied material must be raised at the time of delivery or within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation of a confirmed order or work must be communicated in writing.
- Costs already incurred by the Company (materials procured, labour engaged, transport arranged) up to the date of cancellation shall be payable by the Client.
- Refunds of any balance advance, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period after settlement of accounts.
9. Warranty and Liability
- Workmanship-related issues reported within the warranty period specified in the agreement (if any) will be rectified by the Company at no additional cost, provided the issue arises from the Company's workmanship and not from misuse, unauthorised alterations, or natural wear and tear.
- The Company's total liability under any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific work or supply to which the claim relates.
- The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, the Company logo and design — is the property of KR Sivayogi Construction and may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
