Building Since 2019

KR Sivayogi Construction was founded in 2019 in Moolathara, Palakkad, Kerala, by our proprietor Kaviraj with a simple belief — that every structure should be built on trust as much as on concrete.

Today we operate two core divisions: civil engineering and construction projects, and the wholesale supply of construction materials such as sand, gravel and aggregates. Our team of 15+ skilled professionals serves homeowners, builders and businesses across Palakkad and Kerala.
